Ruth's career has been centred around learning and organisational development, where she has worked as a trainer and change agent for global businesses like Christie's, Mitie, and News Publishers. Recently, she ran a global community that focused on individual and organisational development and success.
Ruth is deeply committed to a variety of subjects, including leadership, wellbeing, allyship, equity and inclusion, presenting and public speaking, communication, management, customer experience, and employee experience. She works with individuals and teams seeking to improve their skills, as well as HR and organisational development teams striving to create people-first workplaces.
Ruth is originally from North Wales and has now settled with her husband and 3 young boys in Sussex, England UK. Ruth loves cooking (but definitely not baking), camping, travel and long evenings at the beach.
